With over 10,000 hours of hands-on kettlebell training we lead from experience and offer the most comprehensive coaching, enabling you to achieve far superior results for both you and your clients.

Kettlebell Instructors Course, 1 Day - £195
The course that every Personal Trainer should have been on!
This workshop comprises theoretical and practical elements and is primarily aimed at personal trainers who work with clients. Through this intensive one day course we focus on your specific needs helping you to develop your kettlebell performance and coaching skills. Through, problem solving, effective programme design, self massage, and mobility warm ups we'll fine tune your instructing skills.
Location: Jackson Hall, Highgate N6 (opposite Highgate tube)
Time: Saturday's 10.30am - 5pm - All Courses

Kettlebell Foundation Course, 1 Day - £125
Our best course just got better!
We've designed a 1 day intensive programme that will help you progress from little or no knowledge of kettlebells to mastering and structuring you own personalised workouts in a safe and effective environment. All of the basic kettlebell skills, dynamic warm ups, mobility and flexibility techniques will be covered under the direct supervision of our expert instructors.
