Our Corporate Kettlebell Classes are designed for the time restricted employee. Our trainers come to you and train you or your staff on the premisses. Steve, an RKC Level I kettlebell and a Primal Move Instructor, was raised in the sweat’n'sawdust gyms of south wales by his bodybuilding father who went on to become a world champion.
